Emily Claspell, Psychologist

Dr. Emily Claspell is a licensed Psychologist working in private practice in Waimea. She has over 20 years of experience working with children, couples and families. In addition, Dr. Claspell teaches graduate students at Argosy University, Hilo Campus.  Dr. Claspell is trained in All Kinds of Minds clinical assessments.

Pamela McKenna, Pediatrician

Dr. Pamela McKenna has been caring for children in Hawaii for more than 20 years.  She recently attended an updated clincian training with Dr. Mel Levine in North Carolina and uses the All Kinds of Minds model to assess her patients and other children in the North Hawaii area.

Liz Noetzel, Learning Specialist

Liz Noetzel holds a Masters degree in education from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has taught at Waimea Middle School since 1992. Liz recently completed training to become a Learning Specialist using the All Kinds of Minds model.

Carol Nowak, Psychologist

Dr. Carol Nowak is a licensed Psychologist with over 22 years of experience including a specialty in family counseling with a private practice on Oahu.  She is trained in All Kinds of Minds clinical assessments. Carol became interested in AKOM after one of her sons showed learning difficulties that could not be easily explained through conventional testing.

Judy Stevenson, Learning Specialist

Judy Stevenson has over 32 years of education experience with extensive training in All Kinds of Minds clinical assessments, Schools Attuned and teacher support.  She is passionately committed to honoring diverse learners and recognizing that all students have gifts.  Judy currently has her own business as an academic tutor in Waimea.
